On May 14, 2024, at IFAT Munich, we met an Egyptian client specializing in water treatment equipment who stopped by our booth with a clear goal—finding a reliable H-type UV germicidal lamp for their current system upgrade.
Instead of a general introduction, the discussion quickly went into specifics. The client shared that their existing setup had issues with lamp stability and replacement frequency, especially under continuous operation conditions.
In response, we presented our H-type UV lamp solution, focusing on its more stable UV output, optimized electrode design, and better compatibility with compact system structures. We also discussed how the lamp performs in long-hour operation and how it can reduce maintenance intervals.
Right at the booth, both sides reviewed key parameters, including power range, installation dimensions, and matching ballast requirements. We also talked through initial order quantities and sample testing arrangements for their upcoming project.
The conversation was practical and detail-driven, turning a first contact into a concrete step toward cooperation.
