On May 16, 2024, during IFAT Munich, a Saudi client stopped by our booth and went straight to the point—he was looking for a high-output single-ended 4-pin UV lamp that could handle demanding, high-flow water treatment systems.
Instead of asking general questions, the client was very detail-oriented. He compared different lamp structures on the spot and asked specifically about UV intensity stability, heat buildup during long operation, and how the output holds over time.
We demonstrated our high-output model and explained how the lamp maintains stronger UV output through optimized internal design and better thermal control. The compact single-ended 4-pin structure also makes it easier to integrate into existing systems, which matched the client’s current project needs.
The conversation naturally shifted to real application scenarios, including continuous operation in high-temperature environments and maintenance cycles. Before leaving, the client requested detailed specifications and discussed sample testing for an upcoming project.
It was a short but highly focused exchange—clear needs, clear answers, and a clear next step.
